Robotmaster Academy offers 24/7 online training system that provides comprehensive step-by-step training for Robotmaster V7 – a Hypertherm Inc software product. Several courses are available which cover many areas of the Robotmaster V7 product.

Robotmaster Academy is the only online training system available for Robotmaster V7. Robotmaster Academy is created by Intercam SA, distributors of Robotmaster. There is no better way to learn the software than from the experts themselves.

Intercam SA is not responsible for offering or providing licenses to use Robotmaster software to anyone using this website, nor is it responsible for offering any services nor support for the of Robotmaster software. The Robotmaster license is controlled by the Robotmaster Terms of Use agreement found on the www.robotmaster.com website.

The following are the terms and conditions for use of the Robotmaster Academy service described herein (the “Service”) between Intercam SA and you (either an individual or a legal entity that you represent as an authorized employee or agent) (“You”).

Please read them carefully. BY COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS AND/OR USING THE SERVICE, OR CLICKING THE “SUBMIT REGISTRATION” BUTTON, YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR AN ACCOUNT AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SERVICE (“AGREEMENT”).

The Service is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.

MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

To register for the Service, you must complete the registration process by providing Robotmaster Academy with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the registration form, including your e-mail address (username) and password. You shall protect your passwords and take full responsibility for your own, and third party, use of Your accounts. You are solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under Your Account.

You agree to notify Intercam SA at info@intercamsa.com or Robotmaster Academy at contact@staging.robotmasteracademy.com immediately upon learning of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. From time to time, Robotmaster Academy’s support staff may log in to the service in order to maintain or improve service, including to provide assistance with technical or billing issues. You hereby acknowledge and consent to such access.

FEES AND SERVICES

Intercam SA currently offers 4 plans to access information on its www.staging.robotmasteracademy.com website. A free plan that gives users limited access and 3 other paid plans that give access to the appropriate paid content on the website.

Intercam SA reserves the right to change its fees and payment policies from time to time.

Changes to fees or payment policies will be posted at https://staging.robotmasteracademy.com (or any other URL that Robotmaster Academy may provide from time to time).

Unless otherwise stated, all fees and payments are quoted in US dollars. Any outstanding balance becomes immediately due and payable upon termination of this Agreement for any reason and any collection expenses (including attorney’s fees) incurred by Intercam SA will be included in the amount due and may be charged to your credit card or other payment mechanism, charge associated with your Robotmaster Academy account.

NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE

Intercam SA grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to view video files that reside on https://staging.robotmasteracademy.com (collectively, the “Site”).

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you can access and view training videos remotely. Your license, use and access to the Robotmaster Academy training videos are conditioned on your compliance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, including the following:
You will not and will not allow third parties (I) to copy, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from Robotmaster Academy training materials; (II) it is also prohibited to rent, lease, sell, assign or otherwise transfer rights to the training videos. You will use the service only for your personal and professional use.

CONFIDENTIALITY

You are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your password(s) and user name(s) issued to you by Robotmaster Academy, and for any use or misuse of your account resulting from any third party using a password or user name issued to You. You agree to immediately notify Robotmaster Academy of any unauthorized use of Your account or any other breach of security known to You.

INFORMATION RIGHTS AND PUBLICITY

Intercam SA will not share information associated with you or your Site with any third parties unless Intercam SA (I) has your consent; (II) concludes that it is required by law or has a good faith belief that access, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Intercam SA, the users of www.staging.robotmasteracademy.com or the public.

PRIVACY

You will not (and will not allow any third party to) attempt to copy, record any Robotmaster Academy Training Videos supplied by Intercam SA or stored on the Robotmaster Academy (or related) website. Please review the Privacy policies link on the website for additional details.

SERVICE LEVELS

Intercam SA does not guarantee the Service will be operable at all times or during any down time (1) caused by outages to any public Internet backbones, networks or servers, (2) caused by any failures of Your equipment, systems or local access services, (3) for previously scheduled maintenance or (4) relating to events beyond Intercam SA’s control such as strikes, riots, insurrection, fires, floods, explosions, war, governmental action, labor conditions, earthquakes, natural disasters, or interruptions in Internet services to an area where Intercam SA or your servers are located or co-located. Complete accuracy in all aspects of your training record at all times also is not guaranteed.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS NOTICE 

The Service, which includes the Robotmaster Academy Videos training and all intellectual property rights in the Service are, and shall remain, the exclusive property of Intercam SA.

TERM AND TERMINATION 

Either party to the Agreement may terminate it at any time and for any reason.

Upon any termination or expiration of this Agreement, Intercam SA will cease providing the Robotmaster Academy Training Videos.

In the event of any termination (a) You will not be entitled to any refunds of any usage fees or any other fees, and (b) any (I) outstanding balance for Service rendered through the date of termination, and (II) other unpaid payment obligations during the remainder of the Initial Term will be immediately due and payable in full and (c) all of Your historical report data will no longer be available to You. In case of cancellation of the credit card payment by the end user within the maximum period stipulated by each country for the withdrawal period (cooling off period), the end user will be provided a full refund as long as the login account has not been accessed illegally by other end-users or access violated in many manner. If the payment is cancelled by the end-user, the login access to the Robotmaster academy will be terminated immediately for the end-user. Intercam SA reserves the right to refuse access and to terminate the access to any end-user who violates the terms and use conditions of this website.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF SERVICE AND OTHER POLICIES 

Intercam SA reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement or any policy governing the Service, at any time, by posting the new agreement to the site located at https://staging.robotmasteracademy.com (or such other URL as Robotmaster Academy may provide). You are bound by any such revisions.

You are responsible for regularly reviewing the policy. No amendment to or modification of this Agreement will be binding unless (i) in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Intercam SA, (ii) You accept updated terms online, or (iii) You continue to use the Service after Robotmaster Academy has posted updates to the Agreement or to any policy governing the Service.
